This technique not only exhibits extreme flexibility in temporal and spatial control, but also circumvents bottlenecks such as genetic redundancy and lethal mutations faced by classical genetics. In recent years, chemical genetics has been widely applied in the field of plant science research, providing a novel perspective and powerful tools for delving into the mechanisms of plant hormone signal transduction.
