He is engaged in the research of efficient utilization of crop mineral elements and stress resistance mechanism and genetic breeding. He has published 17 research papers in <em>Nature Food<\/em>, <em>Molecular Plant<\/em>, <em>New Phytologist<\/em> and other journals, obtained 2 invention patents, and presided over 6 national\/provincial research projects.
