Abstract:
Liu has committed to using education to enhance the efforts of biodiversity conservation, especially on the Xishuangbanna rainforest. Now, he is mainly engaged in science popularization, environmental education, natural history museums, ethnic culture and biodiversity conservation based on XTBG.
In the past 15 years, he has participated in the planning of more than 10 exhibitions, wrote more than 600 news articles, participated in more than 15 documentary or live broadcasts on national platforms such as CCTV, and won the titles of Science Popularization Star of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Outstanding Individual of the 13th Five-Year Plan for Science Popularization of the CAS, and Advanced Individual of Science Popularization in Yunnan Province.
