Three-dimensional morphology of leaf blades

Abstract:

He combines single-cell transcriptome analysis, in vivo imaging, molecular genetics, mathematical modeling, and other methods to study plant stem cell reconstruction and organ shaping (i.e., morphogenesis), such as single-cell regeneration and the establishment of flat leaves. His group is also working on synthetic genomics, which aims to build artificial chromosome technology for plants.
